After their nuclear testing in October 2006, North Korea made headline news. North Korea is a country in need. Many people live in poverty, without sufficient food. The church is very small. How should Christians respond to the situation? We should pray for the meeting of these physical needs, but also for the North Korean church to grow. Most of North Korea's 23 million people have not heard the gospel of Christ. Our prayers can help change that. God loves the people of North Korea as much as he loves us. We need to pray for God's light to shine in that land.
